An email alias is an email address that forwards the messages it receives to one or more destination addresses associated with it. You can associate the email alias up to a maximum of 10 addresses, internal or external to the Mail PRO systems.

The name chosen for the email alias cannot be the same as the one of an already existing email account.
It is possible to create up to 10 alias mailboxes for each mailbox on the domain at no charge. If you need to create alias mailboxes with a ratio of more than 10:1 to the mailboxes on the domain, please contact us.
