This is a paid support service for companies for which time is important. If you have contracted Priority Support, the response time for your tickets is minimized since they appear at the top of the queue and are answered with priority and extra attention.

There is no "small print".
Your ticket response time is minimized.
If the problem has been caused by a failure of our services, we will try to fix it as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
If your problem is not caused by a failure in our services or is not within our responsibility, we will send you a personalized quote with the estimated cost to solve it as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee a 100% solution to your problem since sometimes and in certain circumstances disasters can occur that cause irreparable damage to your systems or loss of data.
This service is available with an annual billing cycle and does not accept payment refunds. The cost is $149.90 USD per year.
